Long-planned improvements could soon be coming along the San Joaquin River after $2 million in federal funding was secured.
According to Fresno City Council President Mike Karbassi, the investment will help advance key projects that are aimed at expanding public access, enhancing recreation, and protecting natural resources along the river.
