Snacks can be found just about anywhere in Laos, including among banana leaves – and we’re not talking about the bananas. In today’s Film Friday, our colleagues in Laos showed us how to hunt for the caterpillars of banana skippers, which can be fried up for a tasty bite. Lao people are big fans of edible insects!
