Today’s Photo Friday offers a peek inside our kitchen at our salsa making process in action. Given our slight obsession with peppers of all kinds at FISHBIO Farms, fresh salsa is a common (and colorful) feature on our menu. Just add tomatoes, garlic, salt, spices, and plenty of peppers.
