Today’s Film Friday highlights a participatory research project we conducted with fishermen in Laos. With support from the Mohamed bin Zayed Species Conservation Fund, we trained fishers in two villages to collect data on their caches in the Mekong River. Their findings revealed that even though the two villages are neighbors, both the fishing gears used and fish species caught were quite different. Learn more about the project here!
