Six research projects on endangered or threatened fish species have been funded through a partnership between the state Department of Water Resources and the State Water Contractors.

The contractors put up $4 million for the studies.

The projects include a University of California, Davis researcher’s look into the effects of pesticide mixtures on juvenile Chinook salmon in the Delta.
